I know the feelings you have after a breakup. The desire to get back with your ex is very strong. You want to rekindle that passion you once had in your life that you feel has been lost forever. Well there is a way to get your ex back but you can not make the same mistakes as others do. It is making the same mistakes that pushes your ex away.

First mistake to avoid is being clingy or needy. Do not call, write, email, and text or have any contact with your ex for at least a month. Put her out of your mind entirely. This is really tough to do I know. But if you can move on from your ex then you are far more likely to win her back.

Second step to getting back with an ex is to fundamentally improve your life. You need to make massive changes that are positive. Go out and lose that weight. Find a sport or activity that you have been putting off. The point here is to really start working on yourself. When you were in the relationship you did not have enough time to for yourself. After all some of the time you had was spent on being with your girlfriend. Now is the time to really turn that around. After all if you do not know yourself then how can you possibly know how to find someone to be with the rest of your life.

Third if you want to get back with your ex you absolutely must be able to let them go again. This is the real key to being with your ex. If you can really change your attitude from needing a relationship with your ex to wanting a relationship with your ex then you have won the game.

When you no longer need to be with someone but rather want to be with someone then you will have move on enough with yourself that you can feel confident to be back with your ex.


Getting back with an ex does not have to be impossible but know the steps is key. Others have done this and so can you. All you have to do is want to make those changes in your life. The decision is yours because you can get back with her
